Controller
erdkante GmbH, address and contact as in the legal notice above.
The servers for rapla.org and demo.rapla.org are provided by IONOS SE, Montabaur, Germany, which processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The data centre is in the EU (currently France).
rapla.org
rapla.org is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics and loads no resources from other servers — no fonts, scripts or videos from third parties.
When you open a page, the web server logs the request: IP address, date and time, requested address, status code, transferred bytes, referring page and browser identification. We use these logs only to run the server and to detect and fix errors and attacks (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
demo.rapla.org
The demo is a public Rapla 3 installation for trying the software.
Server logs: the web server logs requests as for rapla.org (deleted after 14 days). The Rapla application behind it keeps its own access log in the same format, including the IP address, also for 14 days, and an application log with the user names of login attempts (no IP addresses) for 30 days. The same application messages go to the system journal, which is only limited by size and reaches back at most a few months. We use these logs to run the demo and to detect errors and misuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Cookies: the demo only uses cookies that are technically necessary or that store a choice you made, so no consent is needed (§ 25 (2) TDDDG):
XSRF-TOKEN(session) — protection against forged requestsJSESSIONID(session),access_token(1 hour),refresh_token(up to 21 days) — keep you logged inrapla-remember-choice(1 year) — set when you log in with the form, remembers whether you ticked “Remember me”rapla-remember-me(30 days) — only if you tick “Remember me”raplaLocale(1 year) — the language you pick on the login page
In your browser’s local storage, the web app keeps view settings and GraphiQL keeps your last query. The demo start page sets no cookies.
What you enter: everything entered in the demo — events, resources, texts — is visible to other visitors. The whole demo, including logins and sessions, is reset every night at 04:15 (Europe/Berlin); all sessions and tokens become invalid. No emails are sent and no external login providers are connected. Please do not enter personal information.
We process login data and sessions to provide the demo you asked to use (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and logs to run it securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
