See at a glance what’s free and what’s booked. Universities, schools, hospitals, gyms and seminar houses use Rapla to plan their rooms, people and equipment, and to catch double bookings right away.
It gives you several calendar views, resource and event types you define yourself, and plenty of ways to import and export your data. The interface speaks English, German and many more languages.
It started in 2000 as a programming exercise for a small team of computer science students. Today it runs in production from small seminar houses to universities that plan more than 20,000 resources such as rooms and people.
