Welcome to Rapla - your resource and event scheduling system.

Who and what is available when? Rapla answers that for rooms, people and equipment — at universities, schools, hospitals, gyms and seminar houses. Plan events, see free and booked times at a glance and see conflicts before you save.

Multiple calendar views, your own resource and event types and many import/export functions — in English, German and many more languages.

It started in 2000 as a programming exercise for a small team of computer science students. Today it runs in production from small seminar houses to universities that plan more than 20,000 resources such as rooms and people.

Scheduling

Month, week and day calendars plus many specialised views, repeating appointments and conflict management.

Administration

Your own resource, person and event types, categories and a fine-grained permission model.
